Q: Can I make an appointment anytime after payment is completed?
A: Yes, once payment proof is verified, students can use the link we provide to make an appointment online at any time.
Q: Can I make an appointment for others?
A: Yes, but the real name of a student attending the class must be used to make an appointment, because when entering the class, the teacher-in-charge will check the name of the attendees.
Q: How can I calculate how many lessons should be purchased?
A: Each grammar booklet ordered comes with two online lectures and tutorials. (e.g. students buy 5 grammar booklets, get 10 credits which can book 5 online lectures and 5 online tutorials.)
Q: When making an appointment, can I book a topic different from that I purchased?
A: No, students are required to use the booklets ordered for the lessons.
Q: Can the lesson time booked be changed?
A: Yes, we accept cancellation or change of lesson time via the online booking system 48 hours before the lesson.
Q: Is there a deadline for the credits for booking?
A: Yes, from 3 months to one year, depending on the packages purchased.
Q: Are the lessons conducted in English or Cantonese?
A: All our teachers understand both English and Cantonese. Most lessons we conduct are both in English and Cantonese. If students prefer the lessons to be conducted in only English or only Cantonese, please inform us in advance via our Hotline 66166066.
